  • Google LLC (Google Analytics, Google Search Console) — data may be transferred to the United States. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
  • OVHcloud (hosting) — servers located in France.
  • Cloudflare, Inc. (CDN, DDoS protection) — data processed at the edge. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

5. International Transfers

Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), such transfers are safeguarded by:

  • The EU-US Data Privacy Framework (adequacy decision of 10 July 2023);
  • Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission;
  • Or any other appropriate safeguard under Chapter V of the GDPR.

  • Contact form data: 3 years from the date of your last contact.
  • Analytics data: 14 months (Google Analytics default retention period).
  • Server logs: 12 months.
